Here's the full letter of resignation:
Your Honor. Minister,
We as Bord have been appointed by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo with a financial obligation to care for and protect Telekom's interest. Let me point out that Telekom has been blocked by bank accounts from a contract that began in 2008. This contract from the start has been followed by scandals, it has never been useful, but this contract has been very harmful to Telekom. Also, this contract has been the subject of parliamentary investigation.
We are present here for the sole purpose, the fulfillment of the financial obligation which at this moment is our request to Yash, to take adequate steps to unlock the Telekom account as soon as possible. As for the obligations issued by Arbitrazhi's decisions, as a result of this contract, let me state that I, as a representative of Telekom, on behalf of the Board, would like to inform you that Telekom disputes this debt, we have taken and will take further legal measures to contest this debt. We like Telekom will use all legal ways to demand compensation for damages caused by this contract. So, I'm here with your invitation for one purpose only: to ask you as a shareholder and executive of the Republic for you to take adequate steps to unlock the Telekom account. We're posing that we object to this debt coming out of this contract. We strongly believe this contract has been available to Telekom. This situation has resulted from: (i) past actions by former Telekom leaders (is) h - PTK, who have not defended the company's interest and (ii) neglect over the years of shareholder to protect corporate interest. You can't, nor should you expect that we leaders of Telekom to deal with a debt that we dispute and that is the consequence of improper actions or inactions of the last 10 years. Therefore, to complete my speech, on behalf of the Board, I consider that any further discussion on this compound is unnecessary because it does not contribute to corporate interests. The only interest of the corporation right now is to unlock bank accounts.” Even in spite of today's meeting with the prime minister, in the afternoon Telekom has reportedly applied at one of the banks from the owner for withdrawing the means from the Telekom account. Honored employees of Telekom, honoured citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, as you can understand from our stay at today's meeting, we have a different view from the Actionary. Therefore, given that the Board of Directors' position is largely based on the belief given by the Actionary, we members of the Co-ordination Board of Telecom Directors believe strongly that under the circumstances where there is discrimination between the Actionary and those to whom trust were pardoned, then there are two options: the first, the possibility of the approach of both sides (Acitar and Bord), and second, the change of position on either side (Acitar or Bord). We consider that, in this case, without the Actionary engagement, there is no solution, but the disrepute stands in perspective. So, under such circumstances that enable us to exercise fidweire tasks, we appreciate that the irrevocable handover is a financial obligation. Honored workers, honoured citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, allow us to announce that we members of the Kosovo International Board of Telecom Directors have announced the Minister of the line and prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo for our irrevocable resignation. We thank all of Telekom's employees for our sincere and constructive cooperation all the time we have served as Bord. Vala is Kosovo! With respect, the Kosovo General Board of Directors of Telecom.
