There are now 42 countries from which returning people will have to enter quarantine for 10 days after their arrival.
Health authorities use the mark of 60 infections for 100,000 residents.
Three countries, not currently on that list, may soon be after they have violated the border Romania, Singapore and Andorra, write Swiss media, records albinfo.ch.
But more countries also report an increase in infections such as Spain, Albania and Bulgaria will soon reach the scale.
The Swiss government has warned travellers that countries will probably be added by a brief announcement, and returnees may be forced to isolate themselves.
Employment lawyers say firms are not required to pay workers if they are in quarantine.
