Serbian media attack Hoti with words of Vjosa Osman

Kosovo Assembly Speaker Vjosa Osmani has named Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti inexperienced. According to her, Kosovo's prime minister has never dealt with the negotiations process in front of Serbia.
