“Today we have no time for accusations and counter-accuses. We don't have time to attack each other. We must attack the common enemy that is the virus, the virus is the common enemy”, Raka said.
He also mentioned the two main factors, which he believed, contributed to the increase in the number of new cases.
“100 factors are but there are 2 main factors. The two factors in increasing the number of cases are the failure to comply with simple precautionary measures, masks, distances and personal hygiene from citizens, and the lack of rigorous control by the state”, Raka said.
