One more hard evening for Pec and Kosovo!
With grief and sadness, I learned the news of the early death of Prodekan of the Agrobisnes Faculty at Up to Haxhi Zeka, prof. Dr. Bakir Kelmendi!
The deceased will be preserved in the best and most honest memories!
In this case, I express my condolences and that of the Alliance, to the Kelmendi family, the academic staff of the UPHY Hodge Zeka and all citizens!
