Police close open pools contrary to anti-rules CO VID-19

Kosovo police today have taken action in several regions against some people/owners, who had opened open-type pools contrary to the Kosovo government's decision due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In collaboration and co-ordination with the State Attorney, in all cases where such open pools have been encountered, cases of non-action under health provisions during the epidemic have been initiated against owners.

Kosovo police will continue implementing the plan and monitoring the situation through patrol units, and in all cases where they note the failure to implement the decision including the opening of such swimming pools contrary to the official decision, will take concrete measures under legal provisions, the communiqué says.
