The Kosovo Assembly has not put the resolution by parliamentary debate on the financial situation of Kosovo's Telekom on the vote, following allowing the International Court of Arbitrazhi's final decision near the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris.
That's because there wasn't enough quorum.
The hearing is continuing to debate the rights of contributing pensioners.
