He has explained his stance that “Kosovo needs strong institutions”, citing the new reality created in Kosovo following charges against President Thaci and PDK leader Kadri Weselin.
Mustafa has indicated what could happen with the president's position if Hashim Thaci resigns in case of confirmation of the indictment.
Mustafa has declared that steps will soon be taken to improve the functioning of the state.
