Nobody knows why Kosovo is familiar with coronary tests in other countries

The Kosovo Embassy in Germany today came out with reports that every citizen who travels from Kosovo to Germany is obliged to submit to self-isolation or quarantine of 14 days even if there is negative test from health organs in Kosovo. Even National Public Health Institute director Naser Ramadani has not been clear about why Germany is not familiar with tests conducted in Kosovo.

No one yet has any clear reason why tests for coronarys in Kosovo are not being accepted in Germany, but most of the countries have imposed mandatory quarantines on citizens from Kosovo.
