Judgment against the two brothers who allegedly tried to deprive a person of life in Podujevo

In the absence of case prosecutor Bukrije Gjonbalaj and the injured Necmi Halili have failed to hold trial against the two brothers Emin and Remzi Jashar, who are accused of trying to deprive Halili of life. According to the indictment, filed on November 25, 2015, in the village of “Mrgull”, of Podujevo, on June 2, 2015, at the site called under the fields, due to an earlier dispute among accused Emin Jashar with the family of injured Nedmi Halili, his brother, now accused Remzi Yashar, had attempted to deprive himself of life damaged Halili.

The two brothers, Jashari, are being charged with criminal work “attempted assassination”, while accused Remzi Jashar also with criminal work “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
