The infected doctor Hamdi Ramadani says that such a situation has come mainly because of a lack of co-ordination among hospitals.
The number of deaths is thrilling. There is no co-ordination among the regions, as there are regional hospitals in Kosovo. A mistake has been made and all cases have been sent to the infectious clinic in Pristina, Ramadani said.
According to him, if there was better cooperation, we would not have this situation where hospitals waiting to be affected in the capital are almost in their maximum capacity, and according to him if the strategy cannot be changed the situation can become serious.
The “would be completely different if a split was made and the cases were not all sent to Pristina. If this continues, the situation will be very serious and serious”, the doctor said.
Infectiologist said, the actual spread of coronavirus in Kosovo is not yet known, and to find out this requires the launch of serial tests that have not been carried out in Kosovo so far.
The “in Kosovo has not yet started serial testing. There is evidence that there are over 200 thousand infected in Kosovo, we cannot know this serial data”, Ramadan concluded.
