The imam of the Shipol mosque in Mitrovica, Fatmir Latifi, has commented on the new measures of the government and the Islamic Community.
He has commented on Mitrovica leader Agim Bahtiri's proposal for the prayer of Bajram.
However, Hoxha Fatmir Latifi says that in Mitrovica they have followed BIK orders.
And the Chairman Bahtiri gave a proposal if we respected BIK's decision, it hasn't been easy, it's been difficult for the Mufti himself, but we're living in a pandemic that's covered the entire globe, begging Allah to get through this pandemic”, he said.
According to Hodge Latifi, in Kosovo it is good to close up other coffeeries and stop other parties so that the pandemic does not spread any further.
“It's best to close down the cafes, other parties where it's possible to be followed, because this disease does not know religion and tradition”, he said.
And don't misunderstand that only the mosque is where the virus is carried, because from public places the cleanest place is the mosque, we're upset because of the circumstances under which we're facing”, Latif said at T7.
