In his speech, the head of the Kosovo government has introduced three main principles, in which it says Kosovo's territorial integrity is unintelligent and can be part of negotiations, Kosovo's constitutional order cannot be affected, and that the final agreement with Serbia should be in full accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Also, the head of government has said that the final Kosovo- Serbia should result in gaining the UN seat for Kosovo.
In addition, Hoti has said that the fate of missing persons should be solved and justice established for all victims of all forms of violence exercised by Serbia during the war.
Hoti has said that on the basis of these principles and goals, Kosovo is willing to continue dialogue.
