The chairman of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation, Hysni Gucati, had left today to wait for the country's president, Hashim Thaci, at the border checkpoint in Morina after his arrival from The Hague.
Gucati has declared that it is a good gesture that numerous citizens had come out to welcome Thaci.
This rally of citizens is not organised by the KLA OVL or by any other organisation. But all are citizens who have come out with their own will to wait for the country's president, Hashim Thaci”.
“This is a very good gesture that all are attached to wait for Thaci”.
Asked who the epilogue of the process that has started at The Hague is expected, Gucati has said he will be a failed epilogue.
