From Tuesday, July 28th, according to the document owned by Klan Kosova, the Kosovo government has decided between 10:30 and 5: 00 a.m. that there should be a ban on any circulation for municipalities as follows:
” from July 28, 2020, starting at 10:30 until 5: 00 a.m., any circulation of physical persons outside their homes/banes in the municipalities is prohibited: Pristina, Prizren, Peja, Podujevo, Gjakova, Ferizaj, Lipjan, Drenas, Vushtrri, South Mitrovica, Gjilan, Fushe Kosovo and Shtrpce except:
- In emergency health;
- If the need to care for the sick, for those with special needs, only if the sick or persons with special needs are unable to care for themselves;
- In case of seeking help from relevant institutions, as is the case with victims of domestic violence;
- In case of family member's death;
- In the event that the need to leave home/banes for the physical needs of animals, but no further than 500 meters from the apartment/house (but it is not allowed to use these cases to perform any other work or for any other purpose than defined)”.
