Scientists found in weight adults, which consumed 150 grams of fruit daily, increased blood flow and less solid arteries.
Researchers calculated that this would reduce the risk of heart disease the world's leading killer from 12 to 15 percent.
Scientists at the University of East England tested the effects of cranberries eating every day to 138 overweight, fat adults.
They were all 50-75 and had metabolic syndrome, medical term for a combination of diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity
