With 72 votes for, no counter and no application, Kosovo's Assembly at the extraordinary second-read session has approved the Bill for completing and changing the Law on budgetary divisions for the Kosovo Republic budget for 2020.
The revised budget is 2.6 billion euros, while budget revenues are planned to be budget revenues of 1 billion and 788m euros. While there is a disrepute of around 800m euros, which, according to Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami, will be covered by the release of valuable letters, domestic, external borrowing and part used by the Kosovo Privatisation Agency.
She said that after the law is passed to the Assembly, there is another procedure to enter into force, where Kosovo's president has eight days' deadline for ratification, after which the execution of measures by the emergency fiscal package for wages, rent and social issues could begin.
