American Ambassador to Tirana hosts Kosovo- Serbia where the US is engaged

Through a Facebook status, Ambassador Hasani has said he has notified Ambassador Kim of political developments in Kosovo.

While saying Ambassador Kim expects the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue to be concluded with a general agreement the US engages in.

This is his full announcement:

Yesterday I waited at the Kosovo Embassy, Ambassador of the United States of America to Tirana Yuri Kim.

At our friendly meeting, we talked about our historically friendly relations between America and the Albanian people in general. I thanked the ambassador for the political, economic, and military support they have done and are doing for Kosovo, the United States of America.

A thank-you to all American presidents who have come to the defense of the Albanian people at different times of development of state and nation in history.

I thanked the ambassador for the irreplaceable role America has played in Kosovo's liberation and the development of democratic processes in Kosovo.

We also discussed recent political developments in Kosovo and about it and shared similar thoughts about developments in the region. As Ambassador Kim points out how important Kosovo is and Kosovo's issue of American administration is, it is best seen that Richard Green is President Donald Trump's special charge for negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia.

Therefore, and hopes finally on reaching a political agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.

Ambassador Kim expresses her satisfaction that was for a visit to the Kosovo Embassy and emphasises that the US sees Kosovo by a special lens and that it is convinced that bilateral relations will come by strengthening in the future.

The ambassador presented the exhibition for the Albanian people's past in the nine years and during the war in Kosovo.
