Within 6 months of the November 26th earthquake, the government has approved in the 2020 budget, the use of the reconstruction fund to finance reconstruction of individual residences and residential units in buildings in Durres, Tirana, Lezha, Kruje and Kavaj.
In support of the Constitution, the Council of Ministers' normable act, “in support of the consequences of natural disaster”, with the State Minister for Reconstruction proposal, the Council of Ministers decided on the use of the reconstruction fund, adopted in the 2020 budget, at the measure of 4852410 743, for financing reconstruction or repair of individual residences and residential units in buildings (pals), for individuals who benefit from reconstruction grants, whose dwellings are classified as severely damaged or damaged as a natural disaster, and for no reconstruction of the building or construction facilities in Tirana, Lepalats, or for municipalities, or for the municipalities in Tirana, for the municipalities, for the municipalities, for example, for the municipalities, or for the municipalities in the municipalities in the town.

The Mayor Lezha transfers the fund to finance the reconstruction of individual residences and residential units in buildings (palats), to individuals who benefit from reconstruction grants whose dwellings are classified as heavily damaged or easily damaged, as a result of natural disaster, and who should not be rebuilt from the first.
The municipality of Kruja is transferred to the fund of $660700,000 to finance the reconstruction of individual residences and residential units in buildings (palats), to individuals who benefit from reconstruction grants whose dwellings are classified as heavily damaged or easily damaged, as a result of natural disaster, and who should not be rebuilt from the first.
Kawajaj is transferred to the fund of 1850,000 dollars for financing the reconstruction of individual residences and residential units in buildings (pallas), for individuals who benefit from reconstruction grants whose dwellings are classified as heavily damaged or easily damaged, as a result of natural disaster, and should not be rebuilt from the first.
