The US continues to remain the country with the highest number of confirmed cases and victims.
Data from the Internet site “Worldometer” indicates that in the last 24 hours, the number of positive cases with coronavirus in the US has increased to 71.117, bringing the total to 3,619.633.
Meanwhile, nearly 1.65 million infected have been healed throughout the country so far, while the number of tested persons has reached over 44.8 million, the Anadolu Agency broadcasts.
The state of New York remains the most hit in the US, with a total of 430,277 confirmed cases and 32.495 victims, despite registering a decline in the number of cases and deaths.
After the U.S., the largest number of infected people have registered Brazil with 1,972,072 cases, India with 976,826 cases and Russia with 752,797.
