Zemaj meets with Costett, talking about the situation with COVID-19

Through a media communique, the Health Ministry has announced that Zemaj and Costet have talked about managing the situation with COVID-19 in Kosovo.

“At this meeting, the Minister Zemaj announced the US ambassador's priority of his work at the helm of the Ministry of Health and, in particular, has been discussed in terms of measures undertaken to manage the epidemiological situation in Kosovo over the Devid-19” pandemic, the report said.

Zemaj has thanked Costnet for the support the US has given Kosovo in fighting corruption.

“Minister Zemaj has thanked the United States for its support of Kosovo in response to Covid-19 and has assured it that the MS will be committed to providing health protection against David-19 for all its citizens, the report stresses.

Meanwhile, Kostett has said it is important to have co-operation between government authorities and citizens.

“Ambassador stressed that very important that there be direct co-operation between government authorities and citizens so that the population can understand the importance of implementing safeguard clauses and obtain the right messages to protect and overstep the challenge of Covid-19”, becomes known in the MSTA report.
