A wife with 42 children decides not to give birth

Mariam Nabatanzi of Uganda gave birth to her first pair of twins when she was only 13 years old, while after leaving her husband, she was forced to raise her massive family alone.
When Miriam was 36 years old, she had born 42 babies. But only now that she's 41 years old did doctors tell her she has a rare genetic condition that means she's always done multiple births, even though she's been looking for help to do so since she was 23.
And Maryam bare three males, and four twins, and six pairs of twins; and for all of them she look after with wonder. The most productive mother in the world married her husband when he was only 12 years old, and he married 40. A year later she gave birth to her first twins.
All her children now live in harsh conditions and small, poor spaces surrounded by coffee fields. Doctors had warned her that family planning pills could cause problems because it has large, unusual ovaries. So after the first twins, the babies never stopped.
Families in Uganda are often large, and women are born about 5.6 children on average.
At the age of 23, Mariam had given birth to 25 children that desperate woman had begged doctors to stop the birth.
But doctors advised her that she should continue to give birth because she had very rich ovaries. Mariam's last pregnancy three years ago ended in tragedy when the sixth pair of twins were born. One of her babies died giving birth, and her first husband, who had been away for weeks, had already left forever.
Her family rejected her too. Mariam says: I grew up in tears, my husband made me suffer a lot. I spend all my time caring for my children and working to earn some money from”.
Only after his last birth did doctors help him stop giving birth.
Dr Charles Kiggundu, the gynecologist of Mulago Hospital in Kampala, said: its “Rest is genetic predisposition and hyper-ovulation, the release of several eggs within a cycle, which adds much to multiple birth prospects; this is genetic. ”
But despite her problems, no one prevents her from doing everything she can to feed her children. She works as a hairpiece, wedding decorator, and even collects scrap metal.
Mariam also produces alcoholic beverages and her medicine from herbs. She is determined to make all her children survive by giving them the best life, with health care and education.
Despite Mariam's efforts, however, one of her children, Ivan Kibuka, was forced to leave school to help his family. The 23-year-old says: “Mom is tired, the job has destroyed her, we help her with all we can with washing and cooking, but she still carries the entire family load of” /tch
