Chairman The PDK, Kadri Veselini, says failing to allow flights from Pristina's airport is absurd and disturbing.
Through a Facebook text, Wessel says that the diaspora comes from countries that have managed the pandemic well and that they can't suffer from inadequacy management, as well as others are not responsible for this.
Wessel's full writing in FB:
The failure of flights to Pristina Airport is as absurd as it is to our diaspora as it is to all of us.
The measures and recommendations of health institutions should be respected, but even the need of our fellow countrymen to visit their country must be a priority, and neither should it be violated by either of us.
I call on decision-making authorities to immediately reflect, create conditions for our diaspora to enjoy the right to come to Kosovo via airlines. They come from countries that manage pandemic well.
The diaspora can't suffer from the inability to manage pandemic, they're not the culprits.
