The Act on Thaci and Wessel: Wondering dates and coincidences with dialogue?

Through a brief statement to the media, Kosovo Specialised Chambers in The Hague (special Court) has announced that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and PDK Chairman Kadri Veseli. What is surprising about this press statement is the time it was published and the time [...]
What is surprising about this press statement is the time when it was published and the time when (like) the charge was made.
According to this statement, the indictment against Thaci and Wessel was made exactly two months ago, on April 24, 2020.

While this indictment is being published right now, on June 24th, three days after Thaci and Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti are expected to go to a very important meeting for the country in Washington called by the White House.
This meeting with the Serbian side is also expected to produce agreements sponsored by the American administration, Periscope follows.
The publication of this act made two months ago leaves many questions today regarding the credibility of the Special Court. Furthermore, in the declaration this court has also taken on daily policy topics, as was Thaci's, Veselin and Haradinaj's attempt to abolish laws through the Kosovo Assembly.
Moreover, here is what is said in the second paragraph of the Special Declaration itself:
“Acuza is just a criminal indictment, which is the result of a long investigation and proves the SPS's commitment that it can prove all charges outside reasonable doubt. A judge of preliminary procedure of The DHSK is reviewing the Actakuza to decide whether to confirm the charges.”
It turns out that the indictment in question is still not confirmed by Kosovo Special Chambers.
We remember that currently the European Union and the United States of America have not been at all synchronized in terms of attitudes for Kosovo dialogue with Serbia. /Periscope
