The argument that those who voted the Special Court <x0shites with nnet” is not valid.
For these reasons:
1. The Prosecutor's Office's action is illegal because it published the announcement of an accusation that is not confirmed.
2. He did not guarantee fundamental rights of law in the supposed fact of innocence until proven otherwise.
3. Ethics Code violated.
4. In the last paragraph of the prosecutor's statement, claims of “obstructing the work of Special Court” rely on “we believe”. Since it's been made that within the judicial habitat, where only factology speaks, “trust” becomes the promise on which an accusation is built?
5. And finally: The prosecutor tells us what the interests of Kosovo are. When it happened as a precedent for a court, even a special one, to show a country what his interests are? Moralizing on a society's goals and ways?
So, nobody voted this court as it is emerging today, when it was made in the decision of the Kosovo Assembly.
When it was voted, it was thought of a Court that distributes justice and neutrality, not politics and political interpretations.
