Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, is standing in Kosovo on an official visit.
He has distributed his speech to Albania's Parliament following the publication of charges proposal to President Hashim Thaci and PDK Chairman Kadri Veselini for alleged crimes during the war.
If you count the numerous cases on Kosovo territory, you get tired, but in Serbia, zero! Just counting post-war statements about the need to establish a new court is tired. You're getting as tired as you like and you'll hardly find any such statements in Serbia's address after the bombing. And Serbia did not bomb Thaci and Wessel, but the democratic world, was not a victim, but the aggressor and Thaci, with others, rebelled against the aggressors -- this is a fact” -- had declared Rama among other things before MPs at the last session of the Albanian Parliament.
The video has also been illustrated with images of Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Ramush Haradinaj and the Kosovo Liberation Army and moments of NATO bombings.
While describing the video, Rama writes: “Good morning from Pristina I wish you all a good day”.
