President Thaci's education will be distributed at 8:00 a.m. by the Public Information and Communication Department, announced by the Presidency.
But 15 minutes before that term is meant for Thaci, along with PDK Chairman Kadri Wessel, to set dinner for Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, who is staying for a visit to Kosovo.
Before that, Thaci at 18:50 expected Rama at the Presidency to hold the official meeting.
