Police have announced that around the clock, the lifeless bodies of the two miners were extracted from the mine's ruins.
It is reported that at the workplace two Kosovo male miners lost their lives as a consequence of the collapse of soil. The respective units are working towards extracting lifeless bodies. Around the hour, the lifeless troops were extracted from the mine's ruins with the help of KSF, Police and Miners”, the police report said.
Because of the collapse of a large stone, the search-saving team found it very difficult to extract lifeless bodies.
Therefore, a 14-hour operation has taken place, including the specialised KSF teams, Kosovo Firefighters and KEK.
Thanking our KSF boys for the unprecedented effort to break the rock, as well as the Legal Medicine team, the bodies of the two miners were removed from the mine”, wrote on Facebook, Arsim Gerjaliu, director of the Institute of Legal Medicine.
