Kosovo's fate is collective definition and sounds ridiculous when it proves to be reduced to a single individual, regardless of the state position it carries.
The Kosovo Assembly, as the source institution of the will of the people, is the only host of sovereignty. It has been declared and every dilemma raised in order to personalise this issue is simply a low political game for low electoral points.
An autochthonic American proverb says: We do not inherit the earth from our fathers, nor do We borrow it from our children.
Kosovo's territorial integrity is undisputed. We're going to hand it over to our children as far as I loaned it to them!
P.S. Custom policies may be attractive to the masses and the funny politicians, but leadership seeks shared charisma and not exclusive culture.
