Researchers have examined the health of more than 4,000 people to see how breakfast affected their organism. They found that such an action promoted an emergency body response, which comes in the form of a devastating hunger.
Diets in question, according to researchers, are of little help in controlling fat in the waist as it significantly increases the risk of heart disease and overweight.
Eating breakfast has long been hailed as a promoter of better health, including weight and cholesterol maintenance.
Experimental participants, who ate breakfast, had no cardiovascular problems or kidney disease.
People who avoided it, or even those who took food that did not fill themselves with energy, saw problems with arteriosclerosis while generally more prone to a healthy lifestyle, which included malnutrition, frequent alcohol consumption, and tobacco consumption
