L'Opinion: These are the two prosecutors who handed over the indictment to Thaci and Wessel

The French newspaper Léopino today in a writing about the Special Court for the indictment against President Thaci has suggested that prosecutors who have handed in charges are American prosecutors. “Finally, Jack Smith (chief prosecutor), with the help of his deputy Alan Tieger and Alex Whiting, ends up calling the first suspects and witnesses [...]
“Finally, Jack Smith (chief prosecutor), with the help of his deputy Alan Tieger and Alex Whiting, ends up calling the first suspects and witnesses in The Hague at the beginning of 2019” writes the paper.
Serbian lawyer Tomislav Visnjic, who has said that the entire Special Court Prosecutor's Team consists of Americans, spoke of these two promoters days ago.
He has also said that the publication of the report by The Hague, without confirmation of the indictment, is somewhat unusual, because his claims and all official documents are classified and can only be published when the indictment is confirmed.
According to Visnjic, the Special Court has a rule that makes the exception of when data can be published if there are potential reasons for this. And this prosecution has done with the argument that Thaci and Wessel have prevented the investigation, he has assessed.
Visnjic has said the prosecutor's team is mostly made up of Americans, including the chief prosecutor.
He (the chief prosecutor) has tried to gather all Americans from the <x0 Tributal. One of the assistants Alan Tiege has led investigations into Radovan Karadzic. The chief prosecutor's teams are Alex Whiting, professor from Harvard and a leading prosecutor in the case of Fatmir Limaj”, Visnjic has said.
This Serbian lawyer has also said that for this reason this prosecutor is qualified to take such actions.
It's a respectful team that drives hard ahead of what it thought. This is no surprise. The history of time (the proclamation of charges) is quite rich in international lawsuits, and this has happened in two cases. The act against Milosevic Sainovici, Ojdanic, Milutinovic and others was made public on May 25th 1999, during or shortly before the start of peaceful Kosovo talks, which ended on June 10th” he stresses.
In another process, it says that on July 25th 1995, the indictment against Karadzic and Mladic had been issued, while negotiations had begun in Dayton in October that year.
The time of publication is definitely related to something that will happen in the future” this lawyer has said commenting on recent developments with the Special Court.
