Hoti has said that the dialogue framework has also reported the opposition.
“Corniza dialogue that we adopted within the coalition and announced the opposition. What everyone needs to know, declaring independence is a permanent process for which no one can negotiate. There have been situations where leaders have not been clear about this process, they have become bubbles that have not been melted, perhaps for good reason. The framework points, not the platform because it should be negotiated with all”, the prime minister has said.
The same one has stressed that the opposition has not responded to the invitation for co-operation in this part until, the prime minister added, he will be the leader of the dialogue with Serbia.
“I have invited the opposition, a part has not responded to a part has offered co-operation but not concrete. The prime minister's dialogue is leading the country, I will not compete with anyone because my competencies are clear and have been sworn in by the Constitutional Court's act”, Hoti said.
The first principle, according to Hoti, is Kosovo's territorial integrity that is non-negotiable.
“Second: The agreement ensures that Kosovo's constitutional organisation is non-negotiable and three; agreement in the spirit of constitution”, Hoti said.
According to Hoti, the objective is permanent recognition, not the model of two Germanys providing seating at the UN and recognition of five EU nations.
“Address all open issues, to unconscious, damage to war”, Hoti said.
Hoti also has stressed that the forum with political leaders will be established, all political parties, while within the prime minister's office the Council of Experts will be formed.
“will require the Parliamentary Commission for Dialogue to be established by the opposition. All transparent things that are not discussed behind closed doors”, the prime minister has said.
