Hoti deeply enjoys Liverpool's champion proclamation: It was day after day.

Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has enjoyed Liverpool's proclamation as champion of England, despite saying he had known since the beginning that Liverpool will triumph this season.

Jurgen Klopp's team was named Premierliga champion Thursday evening after Chelsea beat Manchester City by 2:1 at Stamford Bridge, thus ending the 30-year performance without title of English champion.

Long wait for England's champion's trophy, Liverpool was given to a league dominance throughout the season, when he won 27 of the 29 games held by losing points only in matches against Manchester United and Watford.

Liverpool had been near the champion's title and last season, when he lost the match against Manchester City for a point. But, Kosovo's prime minister, had been convinced that history will not repeat this season.
