Hoti: We allowed Serbia's elections under previous practices

Hoti said Kosovo authorities have allowed the voting process for Serbia's parliamentary elections to be allowed within Kosovo's territory.

Hoti has said his government has allowed the holding of elections with the same arrangements that existed before, the Reporter writes.
