The clash began when PSD adviser Vala Fish intervened as VV adviser Naim Hoxha criticised the municipality for its first three-month financial report.
After this intervention, Hoxha called the fish “the attractive body”, and this prompted the reaction of PSD adviser, who took word and praised Hoxha's behaviour unacceptable.
The fish's reaction then brought the reaction of Nazlie Bala, the other VV adviser, who stood up for her associate, saying he did not offend on gender grounds.
At the end of the crash, adviser Hoxha apologised for this statement, saying he didn't think it was an insult.
