In a Facebook post, the AKR chairman has written that Kosovo can grieve its American and European friends they were with in 1999.
“We should be grateful to President Trump that through the decisive engagement of Ambassador Green gave new energy to dialogue and pushed and the EU was more active. We like Kosovo should be grateful to this axis and give up dreams that we can play between the EU and the US or between the Democrats and the Republicans in the American election campaign”, Pacolli wrote.

The call American President Trump's negotiator, Ambassador Green has made to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue parties; the arrival of chief European negotiator Lajcak to Pristina tomorrow is clear indication that the West, indiscriminately seeking to solve Kosovo's UN entry problem and international organisations.
What about us?
The West was together when it freed us and together it must be today. That's what I said two years ago to my German counterpart, Heiko Mass, in his country's UN mission: we believe that the German, English, French and Italian axis should be the main factor for the successful completion of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
We should be grateful to President Trump that through Ambassador Green's decisive engagement, he gave new energy to dialogue and pushed and the European Union was more active.
We like Kosovo should be grateful to this axis and give up dreams that we can play between the EU and the US or between the Democrats and the Republicans in the American election campaign.
Today when Serbia has very good relations with Russia, China, the EU, India and wants to strengthen relations with the United States, us Kosovars, we can grieve safe friends- Americans and our European friends who were together in 1999 and gave us our homeland.
