France's famous former prime minister is sentenced to prison: Using Funds

The court has also found the wife of the Initiate, Penelope, guilty of her involvement in fraud, which has benefited about 1m euros for her minimum job as her husband's parliamentary assistant, broadcast news agency Reuters.
She has been sentenced to three years in suspended prison.
Judge Natalie Garaviron, has said that it begins, 66-year-olds have used public funds to pay his wife disproportionately for the work done.

That means they won't go to jail before the Court of Appeals makes the decision
