Flaka Surroi explodes to address the president: Thaci's pathetic speech

Today, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has addressed the general public with a speech in response to the proposal -- namely, by the Specialised Chambers Prosecutor, who has been made public even though it has not yet been confirmed.
