The doctor reinfected by the Coronavirus in Durres has been hospitalised.

The infection doctor at Durres Hospital marks the first case of reinfectation in our country, questioning the establishment of immunity in persons cured by Covid-19. This case was reported the day before by the Ministry of Health.

Doctor B. Gelaj was initially infected in early March by the 73-year-old patient from Stavlash, who lost his life recording and the first victim from Covid-19 to Albania, about a week after her return from Italy.

On March 25th, Minister Ogerta Manastirliu announced that the Durres doctor was healed after the results of two successive tests for Covid-19 that proved negative. After self-acrantination, Gelaj returned to work, but this weekend he has faced the virus again, having been infected by family contacts, Top Channel reports.

Her daughter, who is a doctor in the QSUT internal disease ward, has been infected there, also broadcasting it to her parents in Durres. Gaylat's daughter was part of a group of volunteer doctors who served in Italy against Coddy-19. It was not affected during its ministry in Italy, but in recent days in the new hearth that was discovered in the QSUT.

After contact with his daughter and positive consisting, the infected doctor has not appeared in office, near Durres Hospital. His wife has not even gone to work, thus avoiding the creation of new shelters in the city of Durres. Currently, the reinfected physician is under the care of doctors at the infectious hospital.

This is the first case in our country when a healing person is infected for the second time by Coronavirus, doubting that individuals cured by Ovid-19 develop antibodies and immunity to this virus.
