Concern: Scientists find a new virus in China with the potential to become pandemic

It was recently discovered that it was being held by pigs but that it could infect humans, they say.

Researchers are concerned that it can develop further in order to spread from person to person, and thus trigger a global explosion, the BBC writes, translates Periscope.

Although it is not an immediate problem, they say, it has all “marks of” to be adaptable to infect people and need close monitoring.

As a youth, humans may have little or no immunity to the virus.

Scientists have written in the scientific magazine “Processings of the National Academy of Sciences” that measures to control the virus in pigs, and to monitor it in the workers of this industry, should be taken immediately. /Periscope
