The chief partitioner Osmani has addressed those present with a word of honour to Freedom Day, yet she has not greeted the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo at all, Avdullah Hotin, who was present at the session.
Osman himself has welcomed MPs and cabinet members, but not Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
Dear citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, honoured deputies of the Parliament, honoured members of the government cabinet, I feel very honored to be addressed today by the speaker of the Republic's Temple of Democracy...”, has been the opening word of Kosovo Assembly Speaker Vjosa Osmani.
She has also mentioned the lack of international friends at the hearing due to conditions created as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
