After the meeting was closed to the media, Berisha said they have also discussed maintaining Neziri Mehmetaj from Serbian authorities.
He has clarified that he has demanded that the same be released and tried for alleged crimes by Kosovo's justice.
“Citizen Nezir Mehmetaj is in prison in Serbia, and since Kosovo institutions have been unable to do anything, we asked him to respond to our institutions because we have our institutions and we have the Special Court, not to be held in Serbian prisons”.
We had Bujar Sadick, the task manager for the Information and Private Agency, on this commission, who informed us of his problems in which a co-ordinator was needed, because without his choice either the commission. We pledged and gave him support to be resolved as soon as we could”.
Berisha has clarified that Interior Minister Agim Veliu has been invited to report next week.
