82 Coronavirus cases in Kosovo today, only 7 healed

Today on June 19, 2020, at the IKSHPK Medieval Microbiology Laboratory with RT- The PCR, in all, has tested 456 samples taken from the Infectious Clinic and the tracking of ground case contacts.

With SARS-CoV-2, 82 cases have been confirmed.

The positive cases are from Pristina municipality 41, the municipality of Gjakova 14 cases, the municipality of Vushtrria 7 cases, the Prizren municipality 5 cases, the Ferizaj municipality 3 cases, the municipality of the Year 3 cases, the Podujevo municipality 2 cases, the municipality of Fusha Kosovo 2 cases, and on 1 case municipalities: Cline, Lipjan, Obilic, Mamusa and Rahovec.

Today on June 19, 2020, 7 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date totals 980 cases.

In the last week we have shows of positive cases among the workers of organisations like: Kosovo Post Office, KEK, KEDS, Art Gallery, banking, health institutions, agencies, trade companies and private businesses.

Between February 08th and June 19, 2020, at the IKSHPK Medieval Microbiology Laboratory with RT- The PCR, a total of 20.662 suspected persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a total of 1,998 cases, with a total of 34 cases of death having had other accompanying diseases.

In the IKSHPK in a continuous 24-hour period is being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts by binding them for self-isolation and seeking medical assistance if they have symptoms.

On a global scale, between December 31, 2019 and June 19, 2020, a total of 8,680,002 cases of COVID-19 and 458,852 cases of death reported.

Dear citizens!

Since the relief of measures for several activities has begun, we have traced new cases of COVID-19 adding to the risk of outbreaks of new epidemic sites in several Kosovo municipalities and to institutions and branches of the economy, due to the lack of distance and the failure to wear masks.
Given that in the last week, we have increased positive cases in intensity over April, and we have cases among public and private organizations workers, we have recommended that the Ministry of Health close the sectors where there are positive cases and all positive cases and their contacts are kept in property, while the MASKAVE TAKE METET OBLIGATIVE!
These days are seen the increased flow of citizens throughout Kosovo. This is dangerous behavior and ease of movement does not mean disrespecting the recommendations of the National Institute and the Ministry of Health to maintain physical distance and masking in public places.
The lack of care of some citizens during these movements and activities increases the risk of spreading infection as long as the SARS-COV-2 virus is present and the health system can be overloaded with unscheduled effects to the extent that I can pose a risk to citizens' lives.
As a result of not wearing masks from you, respected citizens, your health and other citizens are being endangered, and the general epidemiological situation that is being largely controlled by teams of professionals of the National Institute is getting worse.
Based on this, the National Institute of Public Health and the Ministry of Health recommends that rigorously respect protective measures, according to the plan for facilitating measures meaning continuing to implement further recommendations.
IK The KPS understands each citizen's concern for his health status when they result in positive at SARS CoV-2, but citizens should take seriously our appeal to implement carefully the recommendations and the carrying of masks to places where there are piles of people and cannot be kept within two meters.

We prefer citizens, businesses, gastronomia, to strictly respect the physical distance, use of masks, disinfectation and ventilation of locals, and to prevent the eventual spread of infection and avoidance of spread in closed spaces.

Taking into account the needs of citizens for health services, we appeal to health workers to adhere to ICHPK's recommendations in applying safeguards, thereby maintaining their health, patients and all citizens of the country.

We recommend the USKKKK to halve all services and directly ban the entrance of attendants to departments, professional services and clinics.

This new normality represents changing our behavior for good, maintaining hygiene, keeping the distance, wearing the mask, not spreading our lips, someone more and less, and endangering the health of others, but primarily the health of relatives, family, children, relatives, communities, and then all citizens.

The implementation of the National Institute's recommendations should make every citizen of the Republic of Kosovo to preserve itself, relatives and others.

AUV's and municipal Inspectorates, along with municipal headquarters, must certainly implement the Law for Inspectorate and the Law to prevent infectious diseases by relying on the Manual for Combating COVID-19 and to take responsibility measures in any case not to implement the annual recommendations of the National Institute.
Any violation of rules by everyone will be considered a threat to the health and life of others.

No one has the right to risk the lives of relatives, elderly people, and chronically ill ones because of their negligence and failure to apply recommendations.
Every step we take forward, you also carry the risk with you while the virus is still among us. Caring and maintaining this stable situation in view of the worst epidemic situation in many countries of the world.
