During 2019, Kosovo's population had a natural increase for 154 people. It has been estimated that during this year, they have changed their home (comuns), 9 132 persons; immigration (including returnees) to Kosovo, 6 066; displaced 34 911 people.

And the balance of international migration (Neto migration) for 2019 was -28 845. In contrast, Kosovo's resident population, for January 01st, December 31, 2019, decreased to -13, 551.
