Zaimi returns to Abrash: Border with Albania could open today, LDK couldn't give us words of patriotism

Vetevendosje Movement official Arber Zaimi has countered Democratic League of Kosovo Secretary-General Arba Abrash about opening the border with Albania.

Abrashi on the social network Facebook said it is meaningless that Kosovo will not open the border for Albania when it has decided that the border with Kosovo will open tomorrow (June 1st).

Among other things, Abrashi said that surprisingly the lawyers of the national union have moved away with Albania and have drawn close to other neighbours.

“Since Albania has decided to open the border for Kosovo by Monday (neser), it is meaningless that Kosovo will not open the border for Albania. For interstate and national co-operation, concrete action is needed, not popular propaganda. Amazingly, the National Union's voters are far away from Albania, and close to their neighbors! ” wrote Abrashi.

Klan Kosova has contacted Arber Zanim, who declared that LDK cannot give you words of patriotism.

Zaimi indicated that today the Health Ministry is expected to issue a decision on abolishing the ban on travel to Albania.

“Today is expected to be prosecuted by the Health Ministry a decision to abolish certain restrictions, between them and the one for travel to Albania”.

I don't see Arba Abrash's statement, and I wish it didn't say so. Decisions for setting restrictive measures or facilitating and removing them are not political, but are guided by the principles of medical science and IKKPK epidemiologists” said Zaimi.

Zaimi said the borders between Kosovo and Albania will be opened, but those making such statements are concerned about how to cover the economic and trade reciprocity established with Serbia.
