After the VV request, CEC says other institutions decide for elections in Podujevo

The Vetevendosje Movement has submitted a request to the CEC, demanding that the Podujevo chairmanial elections be held on 14 June 2020, but this request is submitted by Podujevo chairman Nedmi Rudari is considering pressure in time.

“Possibly, Vetevendosje has made the address wrong with that request, since the CEC is not an institution that sets the time when elections are held, but it is seen to be a form of pressure that this party does to the country's institutions. Valmir Elezi from the Central Election Commission says this institution will fulfil its legal duties, but that according to him, someone else decides for public health.

If in the past the CEC would fulfill its constitutional and legal duties.
