Lawyer Gashi has called him a criminal and wanted by Interpol Constitutional Court judges, but not to mention names.
Gashi has said the Act does not rely on the Constitution of Kosovo, so according to him it is neither legal nor legitimate decision.
He has called for protests and new elections.
