German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been present throughout Zagreb's virtual summit, while most of her speech has cost dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
Merkel stressed the importance of special envoy Miroslav Lajcak and his role in the upcoming negotiations.
So said Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, reports Serbian Blitz, conveys news.net.
It is true that she devoted most of her speech to relations between Belgrade and Pristina, but it is also true that other people talked about it. For the first time, I heard Victor Orban, but several other regional leaders from the EU, said that as much as the Balkans need the EU, the EU needs the Balkans too, Vuciq said.
Vuciqi himself, questioned about dialogue with Pristina, has stressed that “is introduced with good will and that it cannot be said in advance what will happen during talks”.
