Visar Ymer to Periscope: If government officials entered the Prosecution Unit, they should immediately be prosecuted

President Hashim Thaci's statement that incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Ud of Interior Affairs Minister Jedal Svecla and incumbent Deputy Prime Minister Haki Abazi have stayed in the surveillance room in PTK, without the prosecutor's decision, has sparked numerous reactions from various political acts. Former PSD deputy, [...]
Former PSD deputy Visar Ymer says President Thaci and Kurti are in a political fight, and as a result, they cannot receive his statements as true.
I find it difficult to take for real any statement by the president in this harmful political struggle with the prime minister. Many of those accusations were sounded out last night by the President have no grounds. From prosecution of Astrit Deharin to total miss, intentional, for the family of Albulen Hadziut), Ymer said in a conversation about Periscope.
In addition, Ymer addresses great criticism of both state leaders and, according to him, their behaviour does not contribute to the country's good.
Political science and public opinion in everydayity are being poisoned and terrorised by the Thaci- Kurti cacagelos, and this is seriously damaging the actuality of Kosovo's institutional potential as well as endangering the country's security. We are in a very delicate situation in the process of statehood, democracy and public order. Such conduct of the two state leaders is making this situation worse.
Ymer estimates that justice bodies should treat Kurti, Svechla and Abzi's wiretaps with urgency and seriousness. He even says that the matter should pass quietly.
Therefore, the question of eventual intervention in Prime Minister Kurti's surveillance unit, along with Z. Prime Minister Ahaz and U.d. Minister Svechla must be investigated by law enforcement agencies with urgency and seriousness. Based on this investigation, then measures are taken against the culprits. If these really intervened, they should be prosecuted, except to respond politically. This would have been serious arbitrary intervention of the executive in the Judiciary issue, as well as in the privacy and security of citizens. If it turns out to be false, then the President has to answer for slander, except politically, even before the trial. In no way dare such a thing pass quietly. As a state, and especially as a society, we dare in no way allow such irresponsible and dangerous behavior by state officials to become normal, Ymer for Periscope concludes.
While, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti recently denied going to the wire room. He called the president's statements lies and slanders. /Mr. R/ PERISCOP/
