Vetevendosje's missing voice: Why was Agim Bahtiri of Mitrovica silent?

Seeking elections, Mitrovica chairman and Vetevendosje member Agim Bahtiri had even mentioned “brother-in-law”. But since that statement, Mr. Bahtiri has become more silent than ever before in local politics, while his latest political post dates back only 14 days. The most noisy names of Vetevendosje times [...]
Vetevendosje's most noisy names are Prime Minister Kurti, Deputy Prime Minister Hakki Abazi, Minister Albula Haxhiu, but also Kurti's political advisers like Elvis Hoxha, Driton Tali and others. However, there is a shortage of Agim Bahtiri.
Mr. Bahtiri has made no single status related to politics since May 17th, so two weeks ago, Periscope follows.
Bahtiri at that status spoke of the “partitioning of Mitrovica”, which he said had occurred after Mitrovica had had no home owner.
In early May, he had defended his party from the attacks on the tragic death of the Students Centre in Pristina of the student from Gjilan, Agon Musliu, who was quarantined without his will.
He had said that he wanted his “mercy with gardens from Allah”.
Bahtiri recently did not participate in the political debates that were prompted by the government led by the ruling Vetevendosje party, which he belongs to.
The reasons for this silence are not known, but it can be hinted that this is precisely about polarising the political scene by means of the statement of brother-in-law, issued at the end of March, when the Kurti Government had collapsed. /Periscope
